A place with soul – absolutely recommended!

Hotel Antumalal is a real gem in Pucón. It is true that the house has been under its belt for several decades – but that is exactly what gives it its unique charm. The architecture is timelessly beautiful, the view of the lake is simply fantastic, and the entire ambience exudes calm and style.
But the best part is the team: attentive, warm and always on hand without being intrusive. I felt completely comfortable here – Antumalal remains one of the first addresses in the region for me.
And a little appeal at the end: If you are complaining about prices, gravel roads or the “secludedness” in the middle of nature – please just stay at home next time and see the world on ARTE. Chile is rough, wild and beautiful – that’s exactly what makes it so appealing!

Charming hotel in a beautiful setting.

This hotel is in a stunning location surrounded by beautiful gardens and access to the lake. I literally gasped when I saw the view from our bedroom. Huge glass windows give amazing views of the lake. Stayed one night and had dinner. Delicious food with good service. The hotel has a real charm - only scores down a bit because it feels a bit tired in parts.

Good relaxation alternative

An excellent hotel, personalized and concerned attention, is ideal if your intention is to isolate yourself a little from the chaos that runs through Pucón, or if you want to join the urbanism, it is quite close by car. I highlight the rustic decoration of its rooms, its breakfast with fresh and different products from the classic, and above all its views, which take you to read and sit for a while (if the day accompanies you)

This is the best boutique hotel in Chile. It is not cheap but it is genuinely great value - worth every penny. It is unique in its design and location, has super facilities, the staff are lovely, it has extraordinarily beautiful gardens and is super comfortable. The food is great and the wine list too.
The only things that let it down are the terrible coffee and disappointing choice of fruit at breakfast. And it would be so easy to fix these!
Don't let that stop you going though - you will not regret it. We certainly hope to go back again.

Chic and timeless

A beautiful well-maintained hotel with chic mid-century style. We stayed for two nights in a suite which was spacious and well-appointed. The pool/spa facilities were amazing. A 20 minute walk to the town of Pucón which has to be one of the most charming towns in all of Chile. We cannot wait to return!
