Best staff
The best part of our stay at holiday inn was the staff. Stand out was Crisphanie from the Atrium Bar. She surprised my mum for her birthday with a chocolate lava cake. It meant the world to my mum. Cris remembered all our names and what our drink preferences were. She deserves employees of the month.
Devine, from atrium, was attentive and friendly. She provided great service also but we didn’t get the chance to spend as much time with her as we did with Cris.
Zoe from reception also deserves a special mention. After a 13 hrs flight from Paris, she was a god send with providing early check in to allow us to have a sleep and adjust to the new time zone. She was polite and professional.
Pillows need replacing, they were not to the standard I have come to expect from this hotel chain, they where flat.

Scrumptious and sumptuous
The few studio rooms on the 3rd floor of the hotel are popular learning centres, and the buffet at the atrium restaurant is a motivating factor for all the learning participants. The last time I attended a course was at Seletar Room, and this time, I spent 2 days at the Sembawang Room on a project management course.
There are always one or two dedicated hotel managers being deployed here to cater to the needs and answer to the queries of the participants and the trainer. The hotel also deploys a dedicated cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of the toilet at this 3rd floor for the whole day. The tea breaks also came with such unique local delicacies like the steamed corn pau, lychee pumpkin balls, fried nian gao, and beancurd prawn roll. The toilet is always sparklingly clean and fragrantly comfortable. I have great praise for the hotel management to shape this venue as a great centre conducive to learning.
The local delicacies at the restaurant are undeniably yummy, well-cooked, scrumptious, and nutritious. I found the pan smeared fish with tomato cream very palatable. The buttered seafood with herbs is also very flavorful and densely nutritious. The Nyonya vegetable stew is also healthy and tasty. Fresh abalone, prawns, and shell mussels filled my plate with hummus of quinoa and olives. The green bean soup and pulut hitam are excellent dessert.
Will come again.

Decent family stay, but some missed details
I stayed at this hotel for a family holiday and we booked a few rooms for a couple of nights.
Unfortunately, check-in wasn’t the smoothest. Despite providing our mobile number, we didn’t receive any updates when the rooms were ready. We had to return at 3pm, and even then, only one room was available. A bit disappointing, especially after a long journey.
Breakfast was just okay—nothing particularly special. It would be great to see more variety added in the future.
On the positive side, the hotel is fairly close to public transport, which made getting around easy.
We also tried the club lounge. Unlike others, this one offered more of a buffet-style setup for snacks and light bites, which was convenient.
We ordered a breakfast box one morning, but it only came with a few pastries and some fruit—no water included, which was surprising.
Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement, especially in communication and breakfast service.

Check in with Zoe she was brilliant giving us an early checkin on one Room ,with the other shortly after ,we found her to be extremely professional ,
Atrium staff Craig was very knowledgeable in his liquor menu .Devani was very helpful ,

Excellent 4-Star Hotel With Excellent Staff, Service And Location.
I had needed a place with service facilities to stay whilst I recuperate after my surgery. I was looking for a hotel with 24/7 halal dining options, an in-house laundry svc as well as a self-laundromart, centrally located hotel near MRT station, wheelchair I could borrow upon arrival after surgery, room with good amenities and an accessible room with grab bars, shower seat, bidet, emergency call bell. I had found it in Holiday Inn Atrium Singapore. However, I must admit after staying here for about a month from Apr to May 2025, I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a hotel to recuperate or just a hotel to stay on holiday in Singapore.
The accessibility room I stayed in fit my recuperating needs. Housekeeping was superb. I could easily top-up my room amenities from their handphone app or call the operator. Housekeeping staff are thorough whenever they clean my room. My laundry service came back nicely hanged or folded and my delicate wash clothes were handled with care.
To Eddie, Bryan, Ken, Kenny, Mdm Paras and Wendy the Housekeeping Supervisor and every other housekeeper whom I met along the way, thank you very very much for cleaning my room, sending me the room amenities I needed day and night. Thank you Wendy for helping me with waiting and packing up my laundry in the dryer when I was near check-out time and felt too unwell and in pain to walk to the laundromat. Your help, care, concern and kindness is truly touching.
This is a 4 star hotel which at first glance looks out of the way, however it is actually very centrally located with Havelock MRT Station linked to the hotel that takes you to other parts of Singapore easily. It is also easy to get taxis and private hire cars just using the apps from this hotel due to its central location.
It also has the convenience of 2 provision shops located beside the hotel which closes at 3am daily. Food wise, the hotel's in-room dining doesn't have much options however due to its central location, you could use the GrabFood or FoodPanda apps to easily order food deliveries from restaurants nearby.
The breakfast buffet at Atrium Restaurant is halal and has a very widespread international buffet which is very delicious. The menu changes daily. They have a very delicious and chocolatey hot chocolate drink that you can order from the staff. At dinnertime, this restaurant serves very delicious international dinner buffet as well that is value for money. The staff at the restaurant are very warm and friendly and they make the restaurant atmosphere like a warm family restaurant.
Thank you Santhiya, Jega, Frennie, Aloysius, Qi Sheng, Aunty Janice, Ting Xuan, Albin, Aunty Ah Hoon, Aunty Belina, Sakinah, Mama Liza, Chef Rahman, Chef Zul and Chef Fizzy for all your warmth, caring, friendliness. Your warm smiles really make my day and make coming to Atrium Restaurant for a meal a delight.
The Concierge team are very professional, warm, friendly and caring. They always approach me when they see me to ask if I'm doing OK. Shane the Concierge has a wealth of "in the know" info about Singapore. Kai Bin the bell boy is very friendly and helpful and caring. He goes beyond his call of duty to make guests feel comfortable. When I had checked out I was in pain and Kai Bin was on duty which was ending soon. He had made sure to help me with my luggage and waited for my Grab car to come even though his duty had ended at 6pm. His kindness touched me a lot. Chandu the bell captain is very friendly and caring to always enquire about how I'm feeling when I come back from work at night. Carlos helped me with my luggages and has very friendly warm smiles to everyone even on very busy days and nights.
The Hotel Operators, Sabrina and Ani, are very warm and friendly especially Ani who has a very caring voice and attitude which was a comfort to hear when I called in to request for stuffs during my recuperation.
Thank you to Anna, Sega, Fish, etc for helping me with my room extensions. Especially to Anna the Duty Mgr who introduced me to the accessible room for my initial recuperation stay when I was enquiring around with different hotels. She was also sweet to check on me after my surgery whether all things are OK.
All in all, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel staff for making my stay a warm and memorable one. For being like a caring, friendly family when I didn't have one to see me through my recuperation. I would never have thought I could stay in a hotel with such a caring, kind, family like and friendly staff culture. It's the best hotel choice I made.
