Gstaad in a beautiful robe

Having made a train journey, we chose this hotel especially for its proximity to the station. Choice turned out to be very happy: everything above our expectations, with particular mention for the room (Panorama) and the gastronomy. On this gladly spend a few words for their Brasserie "Esprit", strongly recommended the tasting menu with wine accompaniment!! Without forgetting the other restaurants

The kindness was above average this time

Have been to this hotel several times and somehow this time was the most consistent visit. The check-in was above average friendly, the room was nice, spacious and in good condition. The view was modest, however we booked this so and so abolut fair. We will certainly come back.

Good hotel. Staff unpleasant as a matter of personality -- better suited to be front desk at a bus station. As a past guest we requested room with view; we were given room facing a wall 10' away when the hotel was more than 1/2 empty. Good hotel; very poor desk staff. They need re-training in a different profession.

The hunting was excellent.

Start of hunting season.
The game terrine as a starter was very good and the deer civet succulent. Beautiful spätzli. And in addition it was very well served in terms of quantity.
The service was very nice.
A good address in Gstaad.

Definitely worth a stop

Great hotel in the center, right in front of the station
Very quiet with excellent reserved parking right in front of the entrance
It has 3 restaurants that we tested with great results
Particular praise to all the professional, nice and helpful staff, among other things a special mention to the many Italians who work there for their professionalism and warm welcome
