Amazing location, lovely friendly staff and atmosphere. Good continental breakfast. Would stay again

Staff were polite but not friendly or helpful. Room was dark, up three flights of stairs (no lift and no help offered with cases). Beds were ok and clean. No extras anywhere in the room: paper cups (no glasses), no kettle, no convenient power socket. Breakfast was a bit mean: a tired orange and some old apples were the only fruit on offer on day 1, just the old apples on days 2&3; no croissants by the later breakfast times, no eggs etc. Postion in St G is central and very convenient. Parking free in multi-storey 5 minutes walk away.

Hotel, staff, food and drink are excellent. The rooms are just what you need and are comfortable and warm.
The two areas I would change is go back to how the breakfast was before but increase the charge.
The other is the booking time, waiting until July to book makes the flights so much more expensive. I would book now with a 10% increase rather than wait, flight prices increase 75% between April and July.

A warm and pleasant welcome, an exceptional sense of service, it's a small family hotel with beautiful rooms decorated in mountain style, a real cocooning experience!!! Breakfast is continental, unlimited fresh breads and croissants!!
