Very good

Very clean large rooms. The water pressure in the bath was good
The staff very friendly we stayed 2 weeks there the price was 1300 peso. What a small deficiency is too small choice At breakfast and dinner. Please improve that. Walter M Germany

Nice place to stay, staffs are very helpful. One thing to consider is: Some traveller made noisy at night and early morning.

Cheap and affordable

The atmosphere is very good, the rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. The cafe is open from 6am to 11pm. There is a 24-hour Korean store across the street, but they don't take credit cards.
The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable in the Philippines. The water pressure in the shower is weak, but that can't be helped. There is toilet paper, but no shampoo.
The staff are also nice, and it's great that they have a cafe that opens at 6am. There are about three types of breakfast, which you can have there.
The grounds, where the gatekeeper is, are not large, but you can chill out. It's not noisy. You can smoke outside.
There are also local restaurants in the area.

The room was clean and cool. The front desk staff particularly Angel went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Connected me to all of tours that I had. Lin Lin always had a smile and did all he could to accommodate my requests. Tough neighborhood but you wouldn’t know it when inside the motel lot.
