Very nice especially if the lovely receptionist is there

Clean, cozy and very central

First time staying here... 4 nights and everything was great! Room maintained in complete cleanliness throughout my stay. Very friendly team 24/7 at the reception. Breakfast is nice. Very cozy little boutique hotel in the center of Bucharest.
Very good service by Ionut especially in case you book airport pickup or drop off.

AVOID!!!

I have stayed at this hotel twice. There was nothing terrible at my stayings. HOWEVER, this hotel has charged my credit card 4 times; twice (in total £355.44) have been illegally!! I have brought this to their attention, providing all evidence, but they ignore all my messages.

The place 2 be in Bucharesti

Ganzo Boutique Hotel is located east of the City Center which is still in a good reach.
The small hotel has very friendly staff, is very clean and good, modern rooms.
WIFI is working good.
The breakfast could have a few more (healty) options, but despite from that I really enjoyed staying here.
In addition, the value for the price is really good.

Great Stay!

The hotel is not that big but it's well located near Muncii Underground station and you have access to all the restaurants and bars on Nicolae Balcescu blvd. It had a chic decor and spacious rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast doesn't boast with huge amounts of choices but they offer a little bit for everyone and the quality of the stuff is really good.
They offer the mandatory free wi-fi and also a fully stocked minibar - with fairly decent prices.
If you're in Bucharest is a good place to stay.
