Great Hotel.

The hotel valued me as a Platinum-Elite member. I was offered a room upgrade with such a beautiful view of the city. I was offered a fruit basket and sweets as a welcome gift. The hotel staff made my stay very comfortable and exceeded my expectations with their outstanding service. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend booking this hotel for your next visit to Istanbul.

A bit old

Next to a gas station where you can buy any supplies but not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Closest highly rated one is about 10 minutes walk. Room was fine but shower has really low water pressure and water temperature. Staff is super nice and helpful however when arranging a taxi for the airport I requested one where I can pay with a card. It was confirmed by the front desk but when I arrived at the airport the taxi driver wouldn't accept card. Lesson here is to ask just to double confirm before you get into the taxi.

the worst service ever

We are longtime Marriott Bonvoy members and regularly stay at Marriott hotels around the world. Our experience at Delta Hotels Istanbul west by Marriott was one of the worst we’ve had.
We were given a 20% off food & beverage voucher at check-in. When we tried to use the discount, the staff refused—even though the voucher said nothing about excluding room service.
When my husband raised this with the front desk, instead of resolving the issue calmly, a staff member named James allowed an emotionally unstable employee to come out and argue with himdirectly. This was shocking and completely unprofessional.
The situation was never resolved, and we left feeling deceived and disrespected. This level of service is far below what we expect from a Marriott property. We strongly urge management to take responsibility for the experience we endured.

Excellent place to stay i enjoyed with my family

Wonderful place, excellent staff, excellent food great location, i am hopeless with words because this is a wonderful place ❤️ i really enjoyed it with my family, blvery clean and very orgonized i will always come and visit the spa wonderful

Wonderful Stay

The hotel was amazing, with excellent service! Aysel was incredible and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Everything exceeded expectations, and we felt truly welcomed. Definitely would come back here in the future!
