Every member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, they were so kind and polite. The breakfast staff were all lovely and always smiling and the breakfast always had variety. I was upgraded to a room that had a view of the burj khalifa, the apartment was spacious and had everything and cleaned daily. The best thing about the hotel was it was only a 5 minute walk to Dubai mall. My family and I will be staying at this hotel again for sure!

Pleasant check in. Unfortunately drilling work going on in the hotel. I was offered a new room but then the drilling stopped. Cleaning could be better. No soap for dishes. The gym is outdated. The pool is not worth visiting. Upon check out the deposit was returned in cash which is annoying since they knew how to charge my credit card in the first place. They should have returned deposit to credit card.

I was surprised by the property's proximity to Dubai Mall, especially on the Waitrose side. This made it easier for us to take the Metro, as well as to get necessary essentials for the apartment.
The apartment itself was well stocked in terms of cutlery and cookware. The only thing I wish they had given as a matter of routine was the sponge and detergent to wash dishes. However, our housekeeper managed to supply us with those upon request.

Location of the property was why I chose to stay here. It really is just minutes from the mall and many great brunch and dinner spots. There are also two markets right behind the building which was a huge plus. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Wish they have better options for breakfast buffet, definitely needs improvements in showers; several time water would leak out from the bottom glass shower door. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Enjoyed the walks from the hotel to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa
