This was a single night stay to help college daughter move home. Checked in 5/3 around 4pm, don’t remember name of clerk but she was amazing. She was friendly & prompt with everything. Room was clean & hotel was quiet.

The hotel did not have our reservation so we did not get the rate we were given on Hotels.com. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room which would have been nice to have.

Disappointed

Very clean, big rooms. Although no fridge in king bed rooms which is really odd. Stay overall was good. My reason for the low rating is the handling by staff member the eating area right off the lobby. We were given a hard time about sitting in this area at 6pm! We were there for a college tournament. The athletes wanted to sit in there to work on homework. Some parents wanted to sit in there to socialize. The one front desk individual insisted we were not supposed to be in there and turned the lights off on us. I have never not been able to sit in this area at hotel before. We were not being loud, making a mess or anything. Literally shut the lights off on us. Why have such a nice night area if you don’t allow guests to respectively use. We will do this tournament again next year but will likely stay elsewhere

Very clean. We could not get the thermostat set right. Wevthought we were getting the room warmer, and it didn't happen. Went out to our car for blankets. Also disappointed with breakfast-out of pancake batter & OJ tasted funny.
