Very Friendly and Supportive 3 Week Stay
You can tell that this staff really cares about their spacious and unique hotel by their welcoming attitude and dedication to filling in the empty spots of your packing job. They even gave me a set of batteries I was missing. 5 !!! Thanks, Brooke and Debra!

Best Best Western in my trip so far
So first off Best Westerns are my go to hotel, and this Outlaw Inn in Rock Springs, Wyoming was amazing. I've stayed in a few already that were great, but the service at this one, was top notch. My experience started with Carli at the front desk and she's so helpful and eager to make my stay pleasant. I need extra help and Devin the manager stepped up and went above and beyond to help my situation. This was nothing he had to do, he did it because he has a heart of service. They both helped me get into the best room possible. I know God sent me to this hotel, it was everything I needed after a few crazy days of travel. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, and it's really enjoyed the layout of the hotel. If I could change one thing is more water pressure. But I still had a great shower and the bathroom was great as well. I loved my shower. So if you're passing by or coming here, stay at the Outlaw Inn, you'll be happy you did.

went for a funeral. It was comfortable. People were nice. It was a little round down but overall compared to what was around. It was great.

Excellent handicapped bathroom, and attentive service
There are hotels that "meet requirements" for handicapped rooms, and hotels that really "get it." This is one of the latter. The shower had plenty of bars in multiple places at multiple levels. The adjustable shower head actually did adjust, and very easily. The water/shower controls were easy to manage. A shower chair was included for those who need one. And for those who stand like me, a soft rubber bathmat - with suction grips on the bottom - was included to ensure that you could stand in the shower safely. I can't begin to tell you how important that extra thoughtfulness is to the guest!
To be clear, this is a large facility without an elevator, and my handicapped room was down a level. But they provided both a ramp as well as a handicap lift. For that personal touch, however, the individual checking me in carried my luggage down the stairs (I can do stairs one at a time, but not with luggage), and took me straight to the room.
The property is a bit older, and the room a bit odd in layout, but all was well cared for, and the bed was very comfortable. I did not get the opportunity to check out the pool or the breakfast. But, I would definitely recommend this for hotel for anyone needing a handicapped room.

Pool closed. Restaurant closed. Front door broken. Room smelled. Clean rooms otherwise. Would not allow early check in. Staff was friendly once finally available to help.
