Top management and housekeeping specially hospitlity is very good .Averagely good hotelragely
2.Need to improve cleaness in resturant on cup and plates .
3.Have to have food varities in breakfast menu.
4.Need to have well english understanding persons in receiption specially to serve forigners .
5.Receiption need to answer phone quickly and politly .
6.Hotel workers should maintain there good behaviour with guests without asking personal question unless guest inform

Great Stay at Banani, Dhaka
Room was clean and well decorated, supposed to be as it a renovated hotel. Bed was comfy but there was a noice of a machine that bothered me a lot. Washroom was clean but if the gizer is on then you may struggle to get cold water at first go. So be aware while using shower. Bathroom amenities was satisfactory. The TV is an Android one and you can login to Netflix and enjoy.
In breakfast i was offered two options local or continental set menu, i took local and it was enough for one person- parata, egg, vegetable, chicken curry, daal, fruits and tea/coffee. They offer buffet if the guest number is high. Waiting time for breakfast was around 10/15 mins. They have swimming pool and 2 other restaurants; one of them is a shisha lounge.
Road side parking available with 24/7 gurads.
