Excellent

Excellent option.
Very comfortable family room, unfortunately sofa bed instead of bed, but only one night was worth it.
Very good service.
Breakfast ok, lots of varieties.
The historic center is very beautiful and the location of the hotel allows you to visit it on foot.
45° car vacancies in the street in front of the hotel allow you to avoid using paid parking (25 reais/night).
Wonderful sunset from the balcony of the bedroom.
Excellent option.

Humidity in the hotel

Very attentive staff, however, the reserved room was damp, smelling mold and with droplets on the bed and in the bathroom. We ordered the exchange and the hotel provided us a lower room which at least was dry. The door was stuck, the TV only picked up the SBT and the signal failed all the time. At dawn, noise of music coming from the reception. The Reservation made on the website informed that it could only be completed by payment and surprise: when arriving at the hotel, he was not registered as paid, which impaired the financial organization of the guest who already counted on this amount paid in advance. The location is excellent but needs to fit the conditions of the city.

Bad restaurant

We were at the restaurant which is open to the public! Terrible service, slow, horrible food, 2 wine labels only priced at 4x the market value. Shrimp risotto arrived cold on the table. We went home without eating! Sad for such a friendly environment! Lost employees, lack of training!

Excellent option.

Good room with air conditioning, TV, telephone. Excellent shower. Complete breakfast with breads, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, fruits, natural juice. Friendly and helpful employees. Excellent location, close to everything, you can see everything on foot.

nice for romantic night or family trip

Excellent location for walk and photo. Nice design and service. It's very close from sea museum and an ancient port. Sao Francisco was a third port for portugueses in Brazil. Very beautiful city marked by UNESCO. A splendid bay view from balcony or terrace. Very helpful and kindly reception. personal keep your stay good guided. You can stay for sightseeng just one night or stay a long time with a family for neighboring beaches sally. Over water restaurant with good bar and sea food near by. The rice looks a little bit high by brazilian standarts^ but may be resonable in this case.
