Hotel with great location and facilities. Very nice to be in a place where we feel safe and welcome
I stayed 3 days in the hotel and I liked it very much. Bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious

It's good, but it costs more than delivery!
The location is very good, the service friendly. The room is spacious and looks clean. The TV is very good. The bed is a bit tough, but the bedding and pillows are great. Great shower. The bathroom is old. The reasonable bath facilities. Breakfast, great. The restaurant options very good and fast, but a bit expensive. Anyway, the hotel is good, but the daily is very expensive.

Lack of maintenance
Well located hotel, clean rooms. A big problem was the demagnetization of the keys. For dozens of times the key did not work and we had to go down at the reception. Another point to improve is the gym, in a small place, without ventilation and with the air conditioning broken.

Pool...
Pool on the roof ok, the water was extremely cold, I think could have a air conditioner to break the ice from the water. Many guests came to the pool and when they noticed the temperature of the water, they gave up and left, maybe this is the goal of the hotel? I don't know, but I kept thinking. The pool was very dirty with lots of leaves and food packaging, it is noted that there is no ngn that will do a check from time to time, we stayed about 1 hour and we did not see any employee. Note 6. Don't wait long.

Hotel was an excellent choice, from location in a quiet and accessible area, restaurants around, good service and great room space, bed, tv...everything.
I would recommend it as a great option to evaluate for staying in Sao Paulo.
