Pet friendly and friendly
Keep in mind when making your reservation that this is a SITE. I have seen some comments from dissatisfied people around here, I understand that each experience is unique but let me know that as a site, the place is rustic. The rooms are comfortable, I stayed at the “farm” which has a very nice view to the native forest. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but there is a fan. If you have pets, the location is perfect! They are very welcome. The breakfast is delicious. They offer a courtesy afternoon coffee which is quite tasty as well. The place is very beautiful and has a trail that leads to a river.

Rustic place, great service
The site is nice, especially for those who have children, because there are horses, sheep, rabbits, chickens....
The breakfast is very delicious, super rustic and capricious, with music in a low volume, very good.
What I didn't like was the room, because it is rustically clean, it has air conditioning and lacks a closet or shelves to leave the clothes. There is a ceiling fan, but in the heat is inviable, as there is no ventilation, and if you open the door, fills with jam. The owners are very polite and helpful, as is Lucas from the reception. The guesthouse is well away from the city center (type 20 km), but very close to the wine route.

DECEPTION.
What a disappointment! Firstly that in the pictures it looks very different from what it really is.
The disappointment was total from the start! I was warned that we were right for afternoon coffee, so I was warned in advance that I would come with MY PARENTS for afternoon coffee and guess? there was Nothing, not a cake, there were only a few dried pieces of rest of cake in tiny squares and a cold coffee, well of leftover!
When we arrived no one received us and did not even question, this because I warned that I would arrive Pro coffee in the afternoon and we still leave early from the vineyard for this! Still dissatisfied I commented with the attendant of the Inn that was that day about the disappointment with the afternoon coffee and she said: aa plus is courtesy, complete only the coffee( according to her, which was also not). I found the answer bad because we paid super expensive daily.
Well I decided to relieve, when we warned that we would have dinner at the Inn I was advised that I could only choose the dish until 18:30h- absurd again because it is not even dinner time. I asked which dish was best served and I was told that it was the lasagna that had 1kg, so I thought good then give it to me and my parents, and guess? a kicked, fine lasagna that didn't have even half of that and that still cost 150 reais! ABSOLUTELY!
To help in bedtime we saw a huge spider web right above the bed that when I warned the attendant at the time to go away so as not to harm other guests she just said thank you for warning. ONLY! I pay for a room with spider web can? AFFF how bad!
And to end the disappointment the breakfast! What a kick! Pessimooo! It had a single banana cake that was hard and salted, a burnt cheesecake, few choices, nothing fresh. All cold and old! And to help at the time to go away I stayed 15 min waiting for someone to appear in the reception, I had to keep calling warning that I wanted to check out, this because it was 12h check out time, zero sympathy of the attendant who did not even ask if we like, Nothing!
What a disappointment! That's the word!

Connection with nature
We were in September 2023 at the Terra e Arte site, I wanted a guesthouse that was close to the wine road and I found this one on the internet. It really is charming, a peaceful place, everyone is very attentive, from the owner to the employees.
We stayed in the Pinheiro 1 chalet, very comfortable bed, good bathroom, right in front of the pool.
The breakfast was delicious, everything made there.
Easy to get to, you can go and you will love it.

Guaranteed rest: it is comfortable, a caring environment and allows contact with nature. A beautiful view on sunny days.
Well-maintained environment, comfortable room and delicious, complete breakfast. Hot water from the bathroom tap, soft towels and blankets, cozy lights and decor. Rest is guaranteed at this place and they have partnerships with locals on the wine route. Easy access and good road. There is no hairdryer and amenities only moisturizer, very fragrant by the way. There is repellent in the room and a small trail that takes you very close to nature. I will definitely be back!
