Great location

Hotel located not in the city center but still in a great location to reach the main attractions.
Private parking with bar with code.
Very spacious and clean room with a nice balcony, mattress a bit 'too hard, new bathroom.
Mediocre and savoury breakfast, for those who prefer sweet breakfast, the choice is limited to bread and nutella / jam.
I would still recommend it for the location, for private parking and general cleanliness.

Well located clean and nice hotel with free parking

Good position, free parking lot (I travelled by my car, so ideal for me), clean room, relatively nice staff (taking the level of Bulgarian empathy into consideration :)) and good internet most of the time.
If I come to Plovdiv again, I am gonna probably take it again.

Best city in Bulgaria

The price for a delux suite and a 2nd suite was excepional, within walking distance of the mall and old town. The people are friendly, plenty of good restaurants and wine bars. Have been three times now, would definately recommend going to see the amphitheatre

Ideal for discovering Plovdiv!

Very comfortable hotel close to all the beautiful sights of Plovdiv. Large room with good bedding and a bathroom with a real shower cabin which was rare during our road trip in Bulgaria! A 10 also for the excellent breakfast with a choice of sweets (crepes, cakes... .) which was also rare during our trip....and special attention to the charming lady in charge of breakfast who kindly gave me the recipe for the "pumkin cake".....killer! !

Unique hotel, good location

Excellent location, walking distance to Old & New Towns & Kapana and unique place, not typical hotel. Very clean. The bed mattress is very, very firm (foam?) and the pillows are extremely thin and firm. Not comfortable. Perhaps if the pillows were different…
The young man at the front desk was helpful. He was there one day. Others were not exactly friendly. We stayed several nights and, only because the bed was uncomfortable, would we not stay again if we were there.
