The hotel staff was extremely friendly. It made things a lot easier for me since I am a foreigner . The hotel is clean and in a beautiful part of the city with walking distance to a lot of the attractions. Both me and my girlfriend love staying here and will probably stay here again when we’re back in town. Also, we found that the restaurant next to the hotel was also very good so I definitely recommend checking that out as well. Overall, if you’re looking for a central hotel in Guilin I definitely recommend this one.

The hotel is very clean and convenient. It is very close to Jingjiang Wangfu in East and West Lane. It is just across the road. The waiter has a good attitude. I arrived early and she helped me store my luggage. There is food downstairs, but I don't like it very much

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Guilin Grand Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had basic amenities. The location of the hotel is a big plus as it is close to many of Guilin's top attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend the Guilin Grand Hotel to anyone visiting the area.
