The hotel room was small, and then I used Ctrip's membership rights to upgrade the room, and found that the so-called deluxe room that the hotel upgraded me was smaller than the standard room. What's even more ridiculous is that the front desk clerk told me that she used hers The room that the right gave me to upgrade, but in fact it did not upgrade.
