In accordance with Article 3 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Hygiene in Public Places" of China, specific items in public places must meet national hygiene standards and requirements. With safety in the swimming environment as a primary concern, visitors are required to wear swimming caps before entering the pool to prevent hair loss from clogging the swimming pool's circulation system. Please kindly note that Shangri-La Shenzhen has been selected as one of the esteemed business negotiation venue for the China Food and Drinks Fair, taking place from 23 to 29 October 2024. During this event, we would like to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests. Therefore, we have made the following adjustments: On-site check-in, check-out, and breakfast services will be relocated to the 27th Floor, Horizon Club Lounge. Important information about the city
