Mold in room. Outdated hotel. Needs renovations.
There's a lot of dead space in the hotel that could be utilized for something to make the stay at the hotel more interesting.
Our hotel room was just plain bad. The humidity in the room was like in a rain forest. On the last day we noticed that there was mold/spores in both the ventilation och the room and around the bathroom tiles (Se pictures).
During check out I commented this to the reception, the only reaction was "that's not good, we'll let housekeeping know". I would have maybe expected a small reduction on the bill or something for compensation.
The hotel also had some games, like dart, chess, Uno. But none of these could be enjoyed at all since there was only one functioning dart for the one dart board, 5 chess pieces missing, and two thirds or the uno card missing.
It's a shame to give this review because I have such fond memories of this hotel, but it's really gone downhill and they could do so much better with what they've got.

Dissapointment
Terrace was uncleaned, nicotine pouches etc. on the floor.
Room had no air conditioning and was pretty hot. And the beds were old soft ones. So 100% not worth of the money and really not a deluxe room.
So pretty dissapointed of our stay.

THERE IS NOT AIR CONDITION!!!
No air condition in the room. We came at summer, outside only 23 dregrees and at the room it was sofocating for us and for our 3 year boy.
Window that coul be open 5 cms, not helping.
The charge 15 euros becouse of the bed of our child after paying 238 euros for one night... wihout air condition.
The waiting for having a drink (only a drink) was almost 30 min. Because the waitress was having a break... how is it possible that in this kind of hotel the bar of the spa is left unattendant?
The spa is nice but because of the service, the air condition, the price,... is not even 3 stars hotel.
Hopefully the rewies force them to change something
