Wonderful and excellent service

Very beautiful and the best of the whole trip, there could be no better choice of the whole trip, The wonderful bathtub; The climate system was also very good; And exemplary service in every way. The breakfast and services they provided outside were also excellent!

A disaster

The room is fine although the window overlooks a dirty and smelly patio that spoils it. We were very unlucky because the boiler just broke down when we were there and we went from not having hot water to the only water coming out of all the pipes was burning. We could not shower, we had to make do with a bottle of mineral water for the essentials. Also the staff is very dry and unpleasant. With good presence but not kind.

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. Very good location and services in every way. The hotel staff is attentive to what the traveler needs. The infrastructure is very nice and spotless. Breakfast is very good. Super I recommend visiting the Hotel Marques de Cardenas de Montehermoso. See you next time!

Beautiful hotel. Good service

We stayed only one night but I have to say the stay was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, clean and beautiful. We slept phenomenally thanks to the air conditioning, comfortable bed and great bathroom.
Very well located and very attentive staff, lovely everyone.

Great.

Very well located in the centre of Havana, in a very quiet and quiet area in the old part of the city. Close to everything you need to walk and enjoy. The staff is amazing, attentive, helpful, and quite friendly. Excellent traditional Cuban food from various parts of the country. Very nice, exemplary cleaning, beautiful and welcoming. I highly recommend. All wonderful. It is worth the experience as a whole. 5 stars.
