Room good, service expandable!
The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating, but also with the constant and sometimes intrusive need to still want to sell something. Rooms were nice and clean. However, the icy atmosphere at the reception and the annoyance of the owner made us hail the stay shortly after arrival.

Detail-loving, beautiful, quiet, perfect, in love!
From ambience, to service, to food and then wellness.
We were here as a family of four. Children 8 and 7. This hotel is not really a classic children's hotel and yet there is a nice playground, a nice playroom and a small but fine children's menu.
Let's start with food: very good, delicious and of high quality. The food for the children was very little spiced and thus speaks absolutely for high quality and the freshness of the food. The service was attentive, grateful, nice and helpful. The room was above average, modern and cozy and always clean.
The spa was modern, appealing and the relaxation area trumps with attention to detail. Among other things, there were alarm clocks on small side tables to keep a close eye on the rest period. In addition to the classic fabric slippers and the obligatory bathrobe, fresh bath slippers were available for everyone in the sauna area.
The small, quiet, family hotel receives a clear recommendation from us. The fact that the Jens Weißflog Hotel is only a few metres from the Himmelsleiter lift station makes it all the more interesting for a visit in winter.

Top hotel - great restaurant
The restaurant and the hotel are among the best in the entire region. Since we have stayed in (almost) all of the better hotels in the Erzgebirge, we can judge this very well:
In our opinion, there is no hotel with such good comfort. It is chic, modern and yet also traditionally "Erzgebirge". All (!) employees are friendly, positive and well trained. The owners, Doreen and Jens Weissflog, are very often on site and round off the good overall atmosphere.
We like the wellness area as much as the chic and cozy restaurant. The food is always great - here too, there are few restaurants in the entire region that can even come close to keeping up.
We keep coming back! Thank you for the highlights that you offer us again and again.
