Grotto bad!

It was 17.20 when we settled down in the outdoor area for a coffee. When I wanted to order inside, the waitress said: There is nothing left, we close at 6 p.m.
I didn't ask for coffee anymore? No was her answer.
" Very businesslike and hospitable"
You can also close the place completely when you no longer need it.

Zimmer gebucht - Besitzer ruft mich an und sagt ich soll stornieren - er nimmt meine Buchung nicht an. Am Telefon ziemlich unfreundlich und abweisend. Mit dem Haus stimmt vorne und hinten etwas nicht...

Unverschämter Service, Zimmer und Preise. Lage idyllisch

Unzumutbar. Im Zimmer roch es nach Schimmel und im Bad war es so schlimm, dass wir dieses nicht verwenden konnten. Glücklicherweise konnten wir auf das Bad von Freunden ausweichen, welches ausreichend war. Der Service war unterirdisch. Wir hatten im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung Zimmer gebucht, bei der Anreise wurde uns aber beschieden, das Hotel sei voll. Erst nach hartnäckiger Überzeugungsarbeit bekamen wir dann eines (später haben wir festgestellt, dass das komplette Hotel noch leer war). Anderen Gästen der Veranstaltung ging es ähnlich, sodass unser Gastgeber eingeschaltet werden musste. Zur Abrechnung war ein Festpreis (der nicht nennenswert unter den saftigen, auf der Website genannten Preisen lag) für Frühstück und Übernachtungen vereinbart. Abgerechnet wurde dann aber beides separat (unterm Strich nennenswert über dem vereinbarten Preis, der bereits eine Unverschämtheit darstellt). Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist aber in Ordnung und die Lage ist wirklich idyllisch.
