Marvellous hospitality @Taj!

My stay @Taj Dumdumma was enthralling as me & my partner celebrated my Birthday coupled with our anniversary this year!
We were hosted by Shyam who took care of our end to end experience with an elevated suite to our dispense - plenty of room to chill, work & just be standing true to Taj's USP where you feel like a part of familia moment you arrive. Think of this - you're greeted with a folk performance, adorned with Holy Basil necklaces, a cool drink in the heat, the team at breakfast took care of our custom asks suchas a seasonal mango platter - plethora of indian & english delicacies to choose from. Special mention to the in-suite celebration with the folk songs performed for us and cute parting gifts very thoughfully crafted frame with our photos & indoor saplings to takeway!
The experience has my heart - all the more power to the humans who make the humane experience possible!!

Memorable stay
We had the most wonderful stay at Taj Damdama Resort while celebrating our daughter’s first birthday with our family, and we cannot thank the team enough for making it such a memorable experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the warmth and hospitality extended by the entire staff. A special mention goes to Shyam, who assisted us during check-in and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Shyam also went out of his way and arranged a pair of socks from local market (which we forgot to pack) that allowed my son to explore resort activities more comfortably. It’s this level of personalized attention and care that makes the Taj experience so unique.
We were welcomed and celebrated by a wonderful team, including Shyam, Sunny, Nandita, Karan, Chef Girish, and Tabrez, who all made our daughter’s birthday extra special by singing a beautiful Rajasthani birthday song and made this a moment we will cherish forever.
We would also like to recognize Kishan, who served us at the restaurant. His warm, welcoming nature and attentive service made our dining experiences even more enjoyable.
While there were many other team members whose names we may not remember, please know that every single gesture and smile added to the magic of our stay. Thank you for creating such lasting memories for our family. We look forward to returning soon!

Great experience
We loved our stay to the fullest. The warmth, the hospitality, the cordial attitude of all staffs made the stay completely worth it. We had great interactions with Mr. Debmalya, Ashok ji, Lakshay, Sunny, Karan, Shyam, Tabrez, Rajat, Manoj, Yuvraj, Mohit, Kishan , Alok, Ankit, Chef Girish ji, Miss Karishma, Seshadri, Nandita, Shreya, Vishakha, Priyanka.. The folk musicians Mr. Khame Khan and his partner also did a wonderful job and entertained us to great extent. There are many more staffs whose names we don't know or don't remember, but contributed to our happiness. We again express our heartfelt gratitude for the warmth, love and cordial attitude of everyone involved in the process since our booking to our check-out. Not worth the time and effort to reach
I visited this pathetic place with my family to celebrate my 45th birthday and expected to have a wonderful time. I couldn't have been more wrong, about this place.
The check-in was delayed and the room was provided to us at around 15:50 but there was no one to take us to the room even though it was raining and I was with a kid and a senior citizen - My mother. Furthermore, the room itself was un reachable as there was water outside the room area. Not just that, the room itself had a lot of water and was untidy, with no additional bed in place. It finally took another 40 mins to provide us another room.
The duty manager Urmila & Shyam already knew of the entire episode and promised to make it up to us BUT didn't even bother to check back before calling it a day. Mr. Shyam, quite shamelessly, even said that he never discussed anything with my wife about this.
To top it all, your Front desk manager - Mr. Deb met me during my check-out process and gave his best performance to show his concern and even offered to host us for the lunch, which we declined. The last straw was when he offered an insulting discount to repent for the horrendous experience we had to undergo. It was beyond humiliation that not only your staff offered such a discount but also when I returned the discounted amount, they didn't had the courtesy to apologies OR even provide me the invoice (I walked out without the invoice).
This place shall never be visited by me or will anyone from my circle.

Delightful experience

Following areas are under renovation –Superior Courtyard Rooms, Swimming Pool, Lobby, Indoor Games area & Gym. Zvatra (Indian Restaurant) and Vixx (Bar) are currently non-operational. Indoor Games and Gym has a temporary setup. Pets are not allowed at restaurants. Hookahs and Speakers are not allowed. The inconvenience caused is regretted. Temporary Closure Update: RESORT CLOSURE NOTICE - We are undergoing extensive renovations to provide an elevated experience. Our resort will be temporarily closed from 30 June 2024 to 30 September 2024 for this transformation. All facilities including accommodations- banquets-dining-spa and activities will be non-operational during this period.
