Very Poor Service

Very poor Service and Rooms .There is no sense of security.Staffs are also not professional.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Uncleaned rooms and toilet Over all very very poor service and rooms

Disappointed!

We made reservations for room over call based on the photos we saw online. The hotel was conveniently located for us and we were on a tight budget.
We were deceived by the pictures. The hotel is a really old building. The rooms are not clean and are very dimly lit. The hotel itself seemed very shady and we had absolutely no sense of security. We checked out the next morning and moved to a better hotel nearby for the rest of our trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrrible!!!! Cheated

Kindly remove this hotel from all the travelling website...they are good for nothing, Though we had prior bookings they have given rooms to others, we got rooms as one of managers allowed....Rooms were Like Dharmshala, no water, dim lights, broken lights, Tap, dirty sofa, bed ...
Next day we went for sightseeing, when we came back someone else's things were scattered there, their wet clothes, bag and other things, they simply given keys of our room to rest to some one else...no security and was pathetic experience....NO security....so much noise from other rooms that you can not sleep.....
We vacated immediately and shifted to nearby hotel Bluinn(a decent and comfortable stay)

completely disappointed and disgusted. Felt cheated..old building with stinking toilet & untidy rooms. I vacated immediately and searched another hotel as it didnt feel safe..not recommended for family

Please remove from search list

Very old hotel, very far away from railway and bus station, no autos come to that place and they come demand more, no room service, no telephone, very very bad bathroom. Cleanliness not maintained at all.
