Terrible service from front desk
Unexpected behavior from one of the staff. I requested an early check-in at 12 PM, while the regular check-in time is 2 PM. Long story short, she asked for 100K for an hour. It’s shocking. Also, regarding the CCTV incident, they took immediate action, though it’s a huge surprise to me how they could install a CCTV camera facing the guest room while the guest room wall is designed with glass and has no curtain. It’s a clear violation of the privacy policy. Still, on the other side, there is CCTV, and they installed it the same way.
