Outstanding experiece

The hotel and the people’s hospitality were outstanding. I travel a lot, this year definitely this hotel where I had the best experience (out of 14 places i stayed).
The breakfast was also really good with a huge variety of dishes. I also tried the Japanise restaurant twice.
Overall the friendly welcoming plus the outstanding services define the conclusion that i definitely come back. As i am really sensitive about laundry service I has special request which were all fulfilled.

Review Hotel

The front office serves us with excellent service.
Clean rooms & complete amenities.
The breakfast menu varies, if any non-halal food is advised to visitors so that the food is not wrongly selected.

Very recommended venue

The show is very pleasant, the facilities are fine, the rooms are nice, the staff is also helpful especially because Fanni's sales are fast response.
Very recommended and I would recommend to others if you want to make an event at the Holiday Inn not disappointing

Recommended Venue for Corporate Event

Bulan Mei kami mengadakan anniversary perusahaan yang ke 30 tahun di Paramount Ballroom, Holiday Inn.
Very good hospitality from staff, pleasant and luxurious ambience have been served to our event.
Thanks to kak Fanni yang with very humble udah mau ribet memenuhi request kami yang macem - macem.
So far, good and recommended venue for wedding or corporate event.

Cool hotel in Cikarang

I'm happy to stay at the Holiday Inn Cikarang. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable and calm. Dinner is also not too good, the menu has plenty of choices. Staff service is also good, they are friendly and attentive. Perfect for a business trip or a short vacation.
