Should be a five star hotel.
We changed our booking from an apa hotel to this hotel earlier in the week. Wow. I a, glad we did. This hotel is amazing. The service from reception staff is incredible. One member recommending us a fantastic restaurant with no tourist for dinner! She even rang them to check and ensure they watched out for us on arrival. The cocktails were amazing and the room was perfect. So comfy and the air con was quiet to aid sleep. The bathroom was amazing as was the extras such as glasses for drinks, bath accessories and robes. The breakfast was incredible and it served Champagne too. Lots of space and choice and the coffee… best of the whole trip. Cannot rate it nightly enough.

Wonderful stay

Good one night stay
We only stayed one night, at the end of our Japan tour before our flight home.
The hotel is in a quiet, business area, not touristy at all, which we quite liked to relax before our flight.
We arrived too early and paid for early check in. Shiba park is about 10 minutes walk away, along with Zojo-ji temple complex, we spent the afternoon looking around.
We ate in the cafe in the lobby for dinner, which was fine, and had breakfast at the hotel, a nice buffet selection of western and just about everything else.
The staff at check in were very helpful, our cases had been forwarded and we had a letter waiting for us, they sorted everything out for us.
Nice relaxing night at the end of our tour.

Nice hotel with top-notch Japanese standard service. However the location is slightly off, only Mita line is closeby and JR station is quite a walk. Hotel provides lounge for all customers and thats generous gesture.

Impeccable service but room is very outdated.
Impressive lobby. Impeccable service but the room is sorely in need of an update. Lighting in the room is inadequate. It is so dim at night. Some lights are not even working.
No USB outlet and lack of outlet. If you are lucky, the plugs works. If this hotel is a business hotel, it definitely miss the mark.
Paid for daily service but got sick of it after the 4th day and stopped going for breakfast all together. Quality and variety is lacking.
Kudos to the team for their attentive service. Other than that, not satisfied with anything else.
