Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Towels are changed every 2 days, while cleaning takes place every 4 days. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less. Fees apply on check in and a damage deposit is required. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet. Please note that pets are only allowed in Standard Studio located in block 2 of our property, if you show up with a pet and your bookings is made under a different room category, we will allocate in a Standard Studio with no compensation. The roof-top pool has an age restriction, following the local health and safety regulations: it is for people 17+. The guest will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card. A mandatory pre-authorisation of a minimum of EUR 50 and up to EUR 100 will be blocked until the guest departs from our property. No cash deposits are accepted. Minimum pre-authorisation depends on the room type booked. Upon check-out, we will refund the pre-authorised charge to the guest's card, but it may take longer depending on the guest's bank. Please note that excavation works at the back of the complex started on October 19th, 2024, by third-party contractors. During this period, guests may experience some noise. Please note that road works at the side of the complex started on January2026, by third-party contractors. Entrance to hotel remains accessible and alternative pick up points are available. During this period, guests may experience some noise. Please find below an overview of the planned winter 2026-2027 works: Block 2: Small-scale building works and finishings will take place on Block 2 and expansion of our Sky lounge deck at same level of Block 2 (this is our smallest block at the rear of the property). Temporary cranes or lifters may be used, however minimal disturbance is expected. Works are planned to commence 01/11/2026. Schedule: Works will begin on 01/11/2026 and are expected to be completed by 30/04/2027. Due to these works our Gym will be temporarily closed from 1st November until February 2027 and our roof top pool will be closed (as per normal schedule) during the winter months. All other facilities will remain open, including our main lobby bar Tonino, Twilight and indoor pool.
