Crazy check-in rules. Everyone waiting in the lobby at 3pm for your name to be called. But a good hotel at a great price for the area. Close enough to everything you need but away from the noise of the Coco Bongo area.

Great location, clean & modern accommodations. Elevators were slow in operation & one was down. Took a long time to check in well after 3pm.

I like the area where this hotel is situated, it’s in the centre which makes it very easy to move around. The hotel itself was good , staffs were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend and would stay here again if I visit cancun in the near future .

Our stay here was wonderful!!! The hotel was immaculate, the bed was soooo comfortable, the shower was amazing, the drinks were made with fresh fruit, and the staff were super helpful and caring towards my 6 yr old son who suffered a head injury while we were in Cancun. My only complaint is that the 2nd elevator was out of service (though they were working on it every day!!) and the pool isn’t heated, but many of the pools in Cancun aren’t, so this wasn’t much of a surprise.
