What I liked the most was the order in the room, super relaxed, everything very clean, the attention of the peesonas.

Bad experience
Unfortunately, my experience has fallen far short of expectations. There are several points that should be improved urgently:
• Menu prices, like the buffet, go up overnight without warning (from $500 to $729!), which seems unethical.
• Cleaning in rooms is very irregular: there were days without service and almost a month without change of sheets.
• During events, the hotel allows excessive noise until the wee hours of the morning, even with people entering the lounge, drinking, putting pets in and setting horns or TV unchecked.
• The restaurant has slow service, high prices and many times there are not enough cutlery or staff.
• In the room they do not always replenish coffee, soap or paper, and they have never left me pen or functional lamp. In addition, laundry sometimes takes up to 3 days.
The hotel has potential, but if you do not correct these basic failures of attention and respect to the guest, I would hardly recommend it. Hopefully they get better.

Very clean rooms and service meets expectations.
The hubication is very central to reach other areas of the city by fast tracks. Excellent service

Outstanding experience.
Room service is also outstanding and if you would like something that is not specifically in the menu, the staff is willing to try to help with any request.
Overall, a really good experience and one that will keep repeating during my trips to Villahermosa.
