Lovely apartment, staff were warm and welcoming only 25min walk to theain square which was perfect for a stroll.

Excellent location, spacious enough for small family trip.
The staff was very welcoming and was able to accommodate all of our needs including arranging early morning airport departure transfer. The apartment has everything you need and is quite spacious for a family. The location is excellent and a 30 minute walk to almost everything you want to see in Marrakech. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk and a supermarket 5 minutes away.
I would definitely choose M Appart for my next stay on Marrakech.

Better than I was expecting! Extra satisfied !
I had an excellent experience at M Appart. This is truly an amazing place to stay, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The apartment includes all the necessary amenities, with a fully functional kitchen and fridge, which made my stay even more convenient. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay.
The location is also ideal, being very close to the center of Marrakech, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were always happy to help with any request and were incredibly well-educated and professional. They went above and beyond, offering excellent cleaning services, including washing my clothes, and they always provided extra toiletries when needed. Their attentiveness and friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable.
The apartments were beautifully clean and well-maintained, with daily bed-making done by two excellent professionals who were meticulous and ensured everything was in perfect condition.
Nothing to complain about – I highly recommend M Appart for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech!

Perfect accommodation
Apartment located near the center, very clean and tidy, every morning a lady comes to take care of the cleaning, the treatment of the staff is very close and they are always willing to find solutions to any type of problem you may encounter. One of my best experiences as an accommodation in the city of Marrakech. Once outside the apartment I realized that I forgot some belongings and the staff got involved from the first moment to send me everything and arrive in perfect condition

poor customer service
I just contacted the property for information about their apartment before making the Reservation. The person (a gentleman who is hmar) who answered me misspoke and even hung up on me. Such behaviour is unacceptable, especially in the area of hospitality. I strongly advise against this place because of their poor customer service.
