Buona soluzione per un soggiorno a Porto

Scelta per caso ma azzeccata. Camera pulita e spaziosa con angolo cottura che non abbiamo utilizzato. Vicina al centro e comodissima per la stazione metro di Trindade (5 min a piedi). Pulita e luminosa. Manca solo uno spazio per abiti lunghi o soprabito. Da tenere in considerazione per la prossima visita a Porto

The worst experience

Our flight was delayed, the owner is perfidiously malicious. We were about na hour late and he didn't respond to any of our contact attempts. The day after we were sure that we will be able to check-in but he cancelled our reservation and never wrote back :) higly not reccomend.

Avoid trouble, run away!

Our flight did not allow us to get to the apartment before the arrival closing time.
Despite only being 20 minutes late, the owner, very rude, did not agree to receive us.
Worse still, he considered that this situation amounted to a change of reservation resulting in “prohibition” of access to the accommodation without possible reimbursement.
Although we did not officially cancel our reservation and despite our request to hand over the key the day after our arrival, in compliance with the establishment's schedules, we did not have access to the accommodation and were charged 322 euros. If the time conditions are clearly specified on Booking, no conditions are defined regarding the day of arrival. So it really is a scam!
