Beautiful, quiet hotel in a great location

Myself & my sister stayed here for one night whilst attending the film festival. The hotel is quirky & characterful which we loved. Hotel room was very clean. We want to thank the French lady on reception who was more than generous with her time & advice on where to eat etc. She made our stay with her wonderful personality & friendliness. We would go back & stay here again without a doubt! Great location, minutes walk to the beautiful beach & shops/restaurants.

A hotel cuddle

Hotel a bit dated, in line with the houses around, but cuddly, where you really feel on holiday, with very kind staff, and place close to public transport and beaches.
Great breakfast, not a wide choice, but all very good. Lovely, would stay again.

Bed and breakfast average, with good breakfast and clean but dated rooms

We stayed via Smartbox in this average bed and breakfast. Breakfast is hearty, even with some fresh produce, such as pancakes and cakes. However, some dishes must be "booked" on the day of check-in such as white bread or croissants. Our room, adjacent to the entrance, was average, clean and with functional bathroom (we found no problems). The street is dead end and therefore very quiet, at night you sleep well (morning rooster nearby apart). The staff appears quite helpful. The location is great to reach Venice in no time by bus and then vaporetto.
Cons: the decor is a bit dated and in some places ruined. Also, check-in should be available from 12 noon (so it is reported on the website), the time we arrived, but we had to wait an hour and a quarter before the room was ready.

Very low end hotel

Do not go. You will be very very disappointed: room, breakfast, very low-end staff.
No consideration for the customer. Only money counts. Leaves a bitter taste after our trip. Next time we will look at all the reviews.

Terrifying

Really embarrassing! Nice hotel 2 miserable stars but in the middle of the film festival they think the stars become 4!!!!! 350 euros a real madness. Normal room, very sad breakfast, the only positive note is the proximity to the cinema building. But seeing that from September 12th the room goes to 118 euros really pisses me off. But the icing is what's in the bathroom. See photo
