Time together

We really enjoyed our time there. The room was beautifully furnished with a lovely bathtub. However, we missed a window, which was difficult to sleep with if you're used to it. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and generous. The whirlpool and terrace were great, with an incredible view. Very nice hosts

Bad service & accommodation not accessible

My planned stay at this hotel was an absolute disappointment. Despite my timely arrival, I spent an incredible 45 minutes in front of the closed door without being granted entry or at least being provided with a confirmation code. I did not receive a WhatsApp message or any form of communication. It was simply impossible to enter the accommodation, which forced me to look for alternative accommodation at the last minute. As a bonus, the costs were not refunded and I was allowed to pay for a room that I had not used despite explanation.
The lack of customer support and willingness to grant me access leave an extremely bitter taste. In view of these unreasonable circumstances, I strongly demanded a refund of 224 Swiss francs but this went unnoticed by the owner.
This experience was not only disappointing, but also extremely frustrating.
I don't recommend anyone!

Der Gast tätigte eine Last Minute Buchung und ist nicht in der Unterkunft erschienen, ebenfalls blieben der Online Check-in sowie eine Kommunikation zu uns aus. Wie betreiben unsere Unterkunft bereits 8 Jahre sehr erfolgreich und mit zufriedenen Gästen.

Looks like using words like Spa, etc just increases cost. Pls note this is an AIRBNB and not a spa resort.
Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you.

Words cannot describe the beauty & atmosphere of this AMAZING place!

WOW!! What an incredible experience to stay in this beautifully decorated and comfortable slice of heaven. Great quiet location and the view is AMAZING not only during the day bit the sunset at night was majestic as we sat on our private balcony surrounded by a lush garden atmosphere. The host provided detailed information so the no contact parking and check in was a breeze. Has all amenities and then some. So quiet and serene, and a MUST stay for those that just want to relax and rewind in a retreat setting. LOVE IT!!
