Toilet paper poor quality

Please change toilet paper to a good one, because we had a poor quality toilet paper.other than that we had the best time of our life and the stuff was so friendly and the place is very beautiful and amazing, the food was delicious

Couple stay at The Shore House

The place was comfortable but definitely not value for your money. The view from our room was not a great view of the dam. We booked two rooms as we were two couples. They gave us rooms in completely different sections of the property. The sensible thing to do was to put us in rooms next to each other. We did not sleep the entire night due to the noise coming from the room next door that eventually at 4am I had to call the host and complain.

Welcoming and professional staff saved the experience

First and foremost, the staff is 5/5 !
Bathroom and shower 5/5
Bedroom is however poorly furnished.
Some wall lights were not working.
Only one simple chair (for two people)
No side table.
We wanted to watch a movie.
Where must we sit if there is only one chair?
Where do we put the drinks and snacks, on the floor?
The DSTV is placed behind the screen. To change channels one has to stand up and point the remote close to the DSTV.
The libhting in the room is so dark that we had to use the cellphone torch to read the remote.
Solution:
Just spend R4000 for 2x good chairs,Coffee table, new globes, Coffee table ceiling light, reposition the DSTV and our experience is 4/5.

Home away from home

The place was absolutely amazing and the staff was amazing, very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend .

The place is so clean and the staff is so friendly. The view...breathtaking. I'd definitely come back.
