Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel Baobab Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The suites are cleaned every day, and sheets and towels are also changed every 2 days. Please note a Kids Club is available for children from 4-12 years old - Breakfast service from Monday to Friday and between 7:30 am to 10:30 am. Free of charge Breakfast is provided in Bite Buffet Restaurant and BB Lounge Club. A complimentary e-breakfast box can be delivered in the intimacy of your suite, once per stay. Please note that the suites can only be occupied by the guests named on the reservation. Please note that 1 extra bed can be added to all room types except for the Studios. Please note that for half and full-board rates, beverages are not included.
