Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30. Key collection: It takes place at our office: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga, from 16:00 to 20:30. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30; - From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 35; - From 23:00 to 24:00, EUR 40; - From 24:00 to 01:00, EUR 45; - After 01:00, 10 EUR of additional charge per hour. Emergency line available 24/7 via phone, no WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival. In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night. Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance. A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 8 nights.For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost.
