Superb service from the minute I walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. Great help with parking, my two dogs no problem and no extra cost. The room very well-proportioned and the hotel itself just very peaceful.
It's got that sort of '90s American hotel charm about it, but what it lacks in modern decor, it makes up for in terms of space and comfort.

Convenient. Could do with a refresh

The hotel is well placed in Canary Wharf and half the rooms would get decent views of the Thames. Standard business hotel. As a swimmer the free access to the Virgin pool next door was a real plus. Also location means walking distance to the CBD of Canary Wharf so no need for buses, tube or taxis.

Not recommend and staff retraining needed.

I stayed here for a business event and was disappointed with the service.
1. At check-out, I was accused of taking a beer from the minibar, which I hadn’t. The questioning felt very rude and accusatory.
2. The room was outdated, and the air conditioning was faulty. Although it was eventually fixed, this should have been checked beforehand.
