The location and service for this hotel were amazing. The room condition, bathroom etc, were clean and tidy. The only thing that was not appealing was the Breakfast. The choices were limited and not worth the value. The price paid for this breakfast was £15, but not satisfied.

Spring break

My husband our little dog and I stayed at this hotel from 28th April for five days. This hotel is situated in a prime location opposite the beach and pier.
There are some good points such as the location, modern room with air conditioning and facilities. And then let’s list the not so good points, expensive parking ( £15 per night), breakfast is an absolute shambles they have no idea how to serve a decent breakfast and the cooked breakfast is tasteless and mass produced. No choice of eggs just scrambled mush. During our stay a coach load of Spanish tourists arrived and the hotel didn’t make any adjustments to the amount available for breakfast so there was very little left after they had finished. The coffee machine kept running out of coffee beans or milk and this was not monitored. A credit to the hotel though is the waiter ‘ Sim’ who is an absolute legend and went above and beyond for us every morning. Reception staff are a bit hit and miss, the blond lady with the long hair was lovely the others haven’t got a clue and just wander around
not knowing what day it is. We did have to swop rooms as the air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room and this was eventually dealt with.
Would I stay again, probably not.

Right from the booking in until we left. The lady that booked us was very polite and helpful. We had a priemer room on the top floor. The view was great, it looked over to the pier and beach. The room was really big, the bed was massive really comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable price and you had good options. We were only 5 minutes away from the town centre and shops. Definitely go back in the future.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Paignton during a recent business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was smooth. My room was comfortable with everything I needed to work and relax. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety. Highly recommend for business travelers looking for a reliable and pleasant stay.

Paid extra for superior room. No fridge, No bottled water, not even a biscuit for your tea. Shower designed poorly so whole bathroom soaked after using it. Only 1 coffee machine at breakfast. No cider for days. Wouldn't rush back. Lovely view
