Good value

Small but adequate room size with appreciated small fridge and microwave. Room had very
Stale odor but a good size window that opened. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was typical affair. Pancake maker was interesting and tasty. Bed was very firm.

Bad stay

The bed sheets had not been changed, and they don’t care if you’re a Wyndham member or not even if you pay for late check out they will still tell you to leave at 11am. my sons room had no fridge and the place stunk did not smell clean at ALL didn’t appreciate the hostility from front desk she was a complete meany head

The bed spread had crusty stuff on it. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were very lumpy as well. The worst of it though was the small refrigerator smelled like there had been rotted meat in it. Absolutely gross and disgusting. The card keys did not work very well on the back outside door or the room itself. We had to get new keys 2 times. There were homeless people living in their cars in the parking lot. The pool and hot tub were not working as they were under maintenance. The check in person said they would tried to call us but my number was listed incorrectly in their computer. I find that hard to believe as they texted me with a pre-check in and also check-out texts. The pictures on the internet and advertisements made this place look very much like a nice place. But overall very disappointed and I will not ever stay there again.

The room had a horrible odor that couldn't be masked by air fresheners. You could taste it.

Great Experience

I would like say a big, big thank you to the night crew, Debbie and Lisa for being amazing. We had to move to a different room, and they were on it! They did everything that they could to accommate our needs. I have a few health issues and they took that in consideration. The check in experience wa awesome! Even though it was shift change, Dawn was amazing. She was friendly and she joked around me and made me smile after a long day of travel. Thank you all for everything.
