Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Arnott's Lodge & Hiking Adventures in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. The property will not accept expired licenses or passports. Billing information needs to be the same as the booking information. Full-service daily housekeeping is not available, except by special request. Housekeepers will remove trash and replace linens as needed. Our lodge does not have a 24-hour front desk. Our check-in times are 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Please contact us if you would like to check in early and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you will be arriving between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., please inform us and we will have a staff member available to check you in. Any check-ins after 8:00 p.m. will be assessed a fee of $20 per half hour. We will not accept check ins after 9:00 p.m. For arrivals into the Hilo Airport (ITO) after 8:00 p.m., the late check-in fee will be waived with proof of flight itinerary. We recommend Kona Airport arrivals after 6:00 p.m. DO NOT schedule check-ins with us until the next day. Our Front Desk hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm HST (09:00 - 17:00).
