Extremely satisfied!

Angel has the best customer service,
she was very nice and fast. I simply had an awesome check in and check out experience over all hotels in houston period!

Great Stay

We had amazing stay over the weekend! Nice place to stay with clean room,very nice and helpful staff!The staff was amazing to us!I enjoyed stay at the hotel! Thank you to the lady name Elizabeth!We definitely will come back in the summer of this year!

The stay would’ve been a better experience except for a few things; cockroaches, not sure if the city pays them to take in the homeless but it appears this hotel does, when checking in front desk could’ve been more pleasant and with a $100 security deposit you would think you would receive the cooking utensils as offered.

Roaches and so much smoke in a none smoking it gave me a migraine and I had to checkout and find a new hotel. As I was checking out early another guy in line started a conversation with me, turned out he was checking out early for the same reason so it wasn't just me or my room.

The room did not meet my expectations as in it was smelling so badly. The heater wouldn’t work properly to supply enough heat or cold.
