Super friendly staff , clean room !! Comfortable bed- the best shower I ever used in a hotel!!!!

Ok, but needs improvements

The room was outdated on 3rd floor. Alot of remodeling going on and the place needs it, besides that the stay wasn't too bad. I thought the price was high for what was offered. Wife and I needed a place to rest up for the trip home in the morning. Maybe it will be better when they get done remodeling.

There was a used condom left in the trash, dead bugs in the window, the tank to the toilet was cracked and leaking, and the TV only worked on one channel, the pool/hot tub were open but had to be unlocked and they didn't have the heat turned on in them, it took 2 hours for the hot tub to get hot, I asked for a new room and they were not very friendly about it and made me stay in the original room, would not give a refund and I couldn't afford to stay anywhere else.

This place was just strange to me. The tv was mounted on the wall so we couldn’t hook up the laptop to stream movies from it. There was no pool towels we had to get them at the front desk. The bathroom at the pool was just gross. Shady people hanging out. However love the lady last night she was super sweet and very helpful. The boy this morning was super nice too. I just don’t think I will be back personally.
