Shout out to Allen and Matt

Matt and Allen did a great job while working alone and serving a lot of customers at once. Allen helped us check in smoothly and Matt took care of us for dinner with no other help available.

Worst WiFi ever

Really basic hotel but the biggest issue was lack of reliable WiFi. It kept getting disconnected. Rooms was meh. The hotel bar was lacking basic things like sparkling water. The rooms didn’t have basic amenities like a bottle of water. Lack of power plugs next to the bed. Seems like this is a hotel from 1950s with no upgrades.

Could be better

As a Westin Employee myself, it was sad to see the little effort of customer service that I got checking in. I understand as an employer you need a printout to have proof of employment but I had other ways of showing I was an employee. The front desk MANAGER, had no interest in lifting a finger to help get my employer discount. Would highly encourage an approachable manager. Other than that rooms were okay.

Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, nice step in shower and convenient parking.
Cons: No refrigerator or microwave in room and our toilet stopped up.

Rebecca at the front desk was very friendly. From there to the bartender and the staff at breakfast was incredibly kind. I really enjoyed it.
