You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Office hours are 07:30 to 23:00 daily. Check-in begins at 15:00 and no early check-ins will be allowed. If you plan on checking-in after 23:00 you must call before the office closes to check-in over the phone and obtain a lock box code. Failure to do so will result in a late check in fee. We allow pets with $35.00 pet fee per pet per night. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please note: On the day of arrival your credit card will be charged for the entire stay. If the credit card on file declines, your reservation will be cancelled and your room will be released back to the internet for re-booking. The Lone Oak Lodge prohibits smoking inside all rooms. If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
