Wonderful Hotel

Stayed at this hotel for a week. Convenient location for the quiet town and busy beach area. All within a short walk. Great hotel. Very clean and light and spacious. Staff friendly and fantastic. In peak times we were advised to get off Rugen by 9am as long traffic jams. We missed breakfast so that we could leave early. Great advice. As we were missing breakfast they made us up a travelling picnic for the morning (How nice is that ?). Can't recommend this hotel enough, and the town is beautiful with great eis cafes and Restaurants. About 10 miles away is the town of Binz. Head for the Nord Beach. It is FKK next to the car park (No clothes needed for the uninitiated). Intimidating the first time, and then you wonder what all the fuss is about. Lots of families, very safe and beautiful beach. Uncrowded. You will go there many times during your stay. Back to the hotel. Only 3 floors with a lift if you need it, but the stairs are easy and wide. Free on site parking at the foot of the stairs. Food is the best in the area and a bit cheaper than elsewhere. Salt water indoor pool and massage area in the basement. No noisy entertainment or guests. All in all a very relaxing place and we highly recommend it. It also says something about the place when the owner came and found us after a day and gave us back 100 Euros. Apparently we had overpaid. Something we were not aware of. How is that for honesty?

Très décevant, cher et pas la hauteur

Parti de travers des le debut: les verrines de mise en bouche arrivent alors que l’apéritif n’est pas servi, une pleine et l’autre à moitié. L’entree : linguines aux coques : 7 coques par assiette et des pâtes à la seiche mais aussi très sèches, pas de sauce et des oignons crus. Ensuite pavé de maigre surcuit, chair filandreuse... dessert bon , ouf!! Les wc sont exigus, vieillots et pas digne d’un3 étoiles, temps d’atteNte très long. restaurant à l’image du bouquet de pivoine ds le hall d’entree : fanées. Seul le cadre est joli si on enlève les pavés vieux rose, et les serveurs qui font la gueule. Patron qui encaisse les billets et ce que ns lui disons maintenant qui en aucun ne fait de geste pour nous inciter a revenir.

Mycket nöjda gäster!!

Otroligt god mat!! Vi sov dock inte på hotellet. Ett sällskap på 6 personer. Matjessillen var magisk, schnitzeln var bra. Två småbarn i sällskapet var supernöjda! Vill även nämna den goda servicen där servitören, trots språkförbistring, förgyllde upplevelsen.

Eine Woche ohne viel Schlaf

Wir waren im Hotel um eine Woche Urlaub zu verbringen. Angekommen wurden wir freundlich und kompetent in Empfang genommen! Wir bekamen ein Zimmer direkt über der Küche und wechselten am Abend ohne Probleme das Zimmer weil das Geräusch der Abzugshaube nach oben übertragen hat. Kein Problem und alles anstandslos erledigt! Im neuen Zimmer war am Wochenende alles okay, Montag früh wurde uns bewusst gemacht das die Hotelanlage sich gegenüber einer Schule befindet! Leider tat eine Baustelle in direkter Nähe in Kombination mit einer Rüttelplatte ihr übriges! Dafür kann das Hotel sicher nicht, aber eine Information im Vorfeld wäre nur fair gewesen! Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausreichend! Leider haben die Matratzen und Lattenroste ihre beste Zeit lange hinter sich! Im Bad war der Abfluss der Dusche die ganze Zeit über defekt! Schwimmbad gibt es leider auch nicht mehr, obwohl damit geworben wird! Das Personal ist echt freundlich, guter Service und auch das Frühstück total ausreichend! Ein Wermutstropfen ist dass man den Parkplatz extra zahlen muss, daher die drei Punkte!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Ein wunderbares Hotel und Restaurant!
Vor allem das Personal, von der Rezeption über Restaurantkräfte bis zum Zimmerservice, war alles erste Sahne!!
Ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer, gute ruhige Lage und ein passendes Preisniveau haben uns diesen Aufenthalt sehr geniessen lassen.
