Really Awful

From the musty halls to the painfully slow Wi-Fi this hotel is quite underwhelming and a little scary. After checking in we noticed one of our windows had multiple, sizeable cracks in it and the screen was bent as if it had been pried from the outside. Tried to get another room on the ground floor but couldn’t. Maybe lucky though - from the parking lot we could see one of the second floor windows had a hole in it literally large enough to pass a football through lengthwise. And while there was no stopper in the bathroom sink there were hairs in the tub, and the control knob on the refrigerator was missing so you couldn’t adjust it, i.e., make it cold. And lest I forget, there was just a hole in the wall where a fire alarm was supposed to be!

This place used to be good, not anymore.
Several things wrong that they never fixed, just gave excuses. TV would only go to one channel...CSPAN (yuck). Attendant tried to fix it, manager tried, and then we were ignored. It took my tech savvy teen to find a work around. Safe also didn't work, they tried to fix it and failed. Bulb in coffee nook was out. Bathroom poorly stocked (barely any toilet paper). They also flatly and immediately refused to give us extra pillows, even though they were not busy (only seven cars on lot). The other more modern hotel was happy to and promptly gave us extra pillows with cases and covers. I will not be back to this hotel.

Room was fine but it was on the 2nd floor and the elevator and 2nd floor ice machine were both out of order. Very inconvenient. But our stay was quiet & comfortable.

We were down for a baseball tournament, so we got a suite. Well our suite had a handicap shower and the water sprayed directly out into the bathroom. The bathroom would be flooded after you showered.
No Hot Tub although it says the have one.
The entire building just kind of stunk. Nothing was updated.
