Quiet, clean and close to airport

Stayed here several nights while in town. Right next to airport. Tons of parking. Room very clean. Just super quiet. At check in the staff were very welcoming, just genuinely nice. Had to drive that evening after check in to Pullman for a dinner. Gave some great tips but also some thoughts on safety with the drive since I was unfamiliar with drive. Breakfast was good, typical hotel style but very fresh. Staff very pleasant and kept space well stocked.

Amazing & Friendly Staff

We stayed one night only - arrived late and left early, but the night manager Jennifer was AMAZING. Very warm and welcoming + very accommodating, considering our late arrival.
We usually stay at the Springhill Suites across the street from the airport, but I think we've found our new "Go To" location whenever we have to stay at the Spokane Airport.
Thank you Jennifer and the rest of the Fairfield Inn Staff. We'll be back.

Pipes broken when arrived, Casey the lady working in the janky back room offered us a 50% discount to stay. No use of any water. Not even a complimentary stay. We will be requesting our money back we did not stay

Hotel under construction. Front desk and breakfast in a hotel room. The receptionist literally dog the coffee out of the trash. The room looked nothing like the photo. No shuttle From the airport to hotel. I can go on and on. Not worth the cost.

Not very good, yet.

The location is great since you can walk to the airport. I was in a renovated room that was missing furniture and still smelled of construction adhesives. But the worse thing was the lack of hot water. After a very long day I just wanted a hot shower. The water was tepid at best. I checked a multiple times over a few hours and it never got past lukewarm. The staff was super friendly and I would consider staying once renovations are done, if only they knew what hot water should feel like. Crazy to pay $329.00 for a 13-hour stay and no hot water. Ridiculous!
