Comfortable bed

The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel and the pillows were soft and sheets were fresh and clean. When I checked in however, the phone cords looked cut and the side table was pulled out with bits of wire on it. Telephone didn’t work because of that, and other areas of the room were a little dirty, but the bed was pristine and made up for everything else. Good location with plenty of parking.

For the price this was very disappointing. Everywhere you looked there were things that were broken, missing handles, or just old and and outdated. There was a man sleeping in the hallway next to the elevator.

Don’t stay here!!

Horrible. Hallways are 80 degrees and stuffy, elevator is slow, there were guest in the lobby threatening to fight each other over breakfast, a homeless man who smelled horrific in the lobby eating breakfast, complimentary breakfast was nasty and bagels were wet and soggy, a lady was on the bench in front of the hotel entrance passed out at 9am with a lit cigarette in her hand (definitely drugs), used condoms in the parking lot by vehicles, vomit by our other vehicle, and people roaming the parking at night. Pool was green, water pressure was weak so it took twice as long to shower but our room was clean. We were here for a soccer tournament with a bunch of 8 yr old girls so imagine the conversations that had to be had after witnessing all of this. 100% do NOT recommend.

My stay at this hotel was not what I expected especially after paying 246.00 for one night. The room was unappealing bathroom conditions were terrible cracks throughout the wall discoloration of the tub broken cabinets. The carpet in the room had a terrible smell I 100% did not feel comfortable and should be entitled to some type of refund.

Old property in need of a major overhaul. My no smoking room had a very smoky smell to it. Musty smell on the 5th Floor. I expect more from LaQuinta.
