Nice budget hotel near beach
Stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is situated in a lane leading to beach opposite another big hotel facing each other. The room was spacious and well appointed. A mini bar, kettle with coffee, tea pouch and two small water bottles were stacked alongwith toiletries and a safe and hair drier. Two helpful persons man the front desk in turn. You can get beach towel from front desk if needed. The morning breakfast spread was average for a good hotel - not extraordinary nor below standard. Restaurant on the 8th floor gives a good views of the sea and surroundings. The staff are polite and helpful.

totally hopeless hotel in vietnam
hotel dont have bell boy and security
and also there Not A single A/C Properly Working
Staff behaviour is also rude they just treat like they don’t care about customer
as per expectation this is not good hotel i didn’t recommend to another person for this hotel

Very Relaxing Hotel
I have visited Phuquoc for one week and stayed at Nesta Phuquoc.
My impression is hotel very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast many selection compare to room rate, food easy to eat not difficunt at all.
I have got room with seaview is amazing once sunset, very close to the beach where I did swimming every afternoon.
Momories this moment, for sure i will bring my family visit and shoose Nesta again.

I am shocked.. Stay away from this hotel
A couple of points. i usually do not recommend in a bad way like that. but this hotel is a no go. unfortunately.
when you are entering the lobby, it smells like an animal died at the ventilation system for a long time. Decay. No joke.
I am staying at the 7th floor. the carpets are also smelling like sh... why carpets in the tropics, when you cannot handle them?
The door of the hotel room does not close automatically. you have to push or pull the door. if not, an alarm will happen.
No hot water when showering ( you have to give it a least five minutes of flow before some sort of warm water is happening. not pressure also. its impossible to ged rid of the sand of the beach. the shower equipment also in a really bad conditon.
balkony. no chair, not table nothing. why balkony then?
pool closed
restaurant / breakfast: not even 2 stars. coffee? come on. did you ever drink black mush. cold by the way? i have not problem with vietnamese coffee. but i expect some sort of so called american coffee in a 4 stars hotel.
i better do not start to descripe the breakfast. of course you will find something to eat. but thats it. very sad. very disapointed.
if you want to take the stairs instead of the the elevator. do not do it. they did not clean since a long time imo. maybe a couple of years, i have never seen that in a hotel before.
i feel so sad for the nice and friendly stuff, but this hotel really suc.. stay away

There are much better hotels in Vietnam
How this hotel gets 4 stars is beyond me. The single bedside lamp (despite the fact they thought I had booked for two) doesn’t work, the safe doesn’t work, and there are no plugs to plug in my laptop or the kettle provided, so I had to move furniture and unplug the fridge. Breakfast is supposed to be served from 6:30am, but there was nothing out at 7:15am. Turns out it is a la carte, and eventually some plates of tasteless food (no sauces available) and cold coffee (no milk) arrived. I left and made coffee in my room. The wifi also only barely works occasionally up at the dining area. The staff don’t speak English, so there’s not much I can do about it. The only good thing was that the receptionist put the aircon on before I arrived, which was very thoughtful.
